It seems pretty disingenuous with how the line items are distributed. "Environmental Clean-up" is one line item, while military spending is separated into several different pots.
Is there a reason for that? Other than the sticker-shock of Joe Patriot when he sees how much combat ops, military pensions, military personnel, veterans' benefits, military benefits, etc. all combined?
Surprised that the military part of it is as small as it is . . . and where is agriculture?? You know, all those subsidies for farmers.

I believe this isn't everything, but a sampling. Apparently including everything would create a very long receipt.
